I propose you a selection of additional materials from the site of Cutting Edge.
Unfortunately, the site materials for each module separately presents a textbook that is not very convenient. Materials are combined to each of the levels in your pdf-file - Starter, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate and Advanced. I think that this collection will prove useful to teachers working with this tutorial.
